THEIR OLIVES AND OLIVE OIL

   
The trees in the Domaine ROCHEVILLE bear the Tanche, an olive with a distinctive taste, also known as the Nyons olive.
During the harvest in December, Brigitte ROCHEVILLE selects the largest olives for the table. She also makes tapenade, delicious on toast.
The smaller olives are taken to the mill; 5 kgs of olives give around 1 litre of oil. The oil is cold-pressed, 100% natural and is highly recommended by nutritionists and doctors.
